Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Implementation Engineer to join our technical team. This role involves deploying, configuring, and supporting software solutions for clients while working closely with developers, QA teams, and customers to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure software solutions based on client requirements

• Assist in deployment, installation, and system setup

• Work with clients to understand technical and functional needs

• Perform system testing and basic troubleshooting during implementation

• Support data migration, integrations, and API configurations

• Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and reports

• Provide post-implementation support and basic training to clients

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Basic understanding of software systems and application workflows

• Familiarity with operating systems, networking basics, and databases

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Willingness to work with clients and learn new technologies

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience with software deployment or system implementation

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts

• Familiarity with APIs and integrations

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Experience with customer-facing technical roles
