Who We Are,

Guardians Solutions is a growing Sri Lankan IT startup delivering smart, scalable technology solutions to local and international clients. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for an energetic Sales Executive who understands the Sri Lankan business landscape and is excited to grow with a startup.

Key Responsibilities,

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation to closure

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks

• Ensure quality standards and compliance with company processes

• Communicate project status to management and clients

• Manage change requests and resolve project issues

• Prepare project documentation and reports.

Requirements & Qualifications,

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, or related field

• 3–6 years of experience in project management (industry-specific experience is an advantage)

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
