We’re expanding our sales team and looking for an energetic Sales Executive who understands the Sri Lankan business landscape and is excited to grow with a startup.

Key Responsibilities,

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects

• Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules

• Ensure compliance with ICTAD/CIDA standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements

• Monitor material usage, labor productivity, and site progress

• Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings

• Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively

Requirements & Qualifications,

• BSc / BEng in Civil Engineering (Recognized by IESL)

• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in construction or site engineering (Fresh graduates may apply)

• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel (Experience in ERP is an advantage)

• Good communication skills in Sinhala/English

• Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
