Guardians Solutions is a growing Sri Lankan IT startup delivering smart, scalable technology solutions to local and international clients. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for an energetic Sales Executive who understands the Sri Lankan business landscape and is excited to grow with a startup.

What You’ll Do,
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Sri Lankan market
Promote IT solutions such as software, web & mobile apps, cloud services, ERP, and digital solutions
Build long-term relationships with SMEs, corporates, and enterprise clients
Handle the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → proposals → closure
Conduct client meetings (physical & virtual) and product demonstrations
Work closely with technical teams to deliver the right solutions
Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For,
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT / B2B sales (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome)
Good understanding of the Sri Lankan IT and SME market
Excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a startup environment
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
